My friend at my local scrap yard, he hasn't caught on to what we are doing with them yet so shhhhh or the price will go up if he gets the idea  ;)

It's not running gear. it's an ECU with a load of loom and some plugs on it that connect into the digipants fuse box and then to all the bits that make the 20v work. injectors, throttle body, MAF, etc, etc. I said earlier mine was from a TT.

Clair, buy that engine. you could easily sell it on ;D

?500 quid for a 1.8T engine
bit of haggling and you could get it for ?375-400, what a bargain :D

was thinking about buying it as a spare but have no room for it really, it would just be in the way
