a'v got a 1.8 8v kjet an puttin a 2liter bottom end in, any way i know i can use the breather but will my warm-up-valve fit next to the plastic breather, has any 1 done this or is it better to block the breather off

space will be tight for it, most block the breather off without issue. I plumbed my breather in but then I didnt have a WUR.  other thing you need is the dizzy adaptor kit from TSR, so might as well get the plate while you're there. I dont know if the TSR dizzy adaptor comes with a dizzy gear, if not you need to swap the one off the 2.0 dizzy onto your old k-jet dizzy.

wur can be mounted anywhere as long as the pipes reach and its mounted to the block, if you get 16v pipes that'll give you more length as on a 16v its bolted to the side of the head. Just as long as its got good contact to the engine it doesnt really matter where you put it.

yep, though a new clutch is a good idea while its out. I recommend sachs kits as they include everything you need!
worth doing input shaft seal plus the pushrod bush & seal on gearbox, might as well do the release bearing too. Need a new green cap though as the old one will probably be knackered by the time you get it out!
