Golf 3 VR6 Radiator Removal & Refitting?

Can any one tell me if it is easy to remove a old radiatior and fit a new one as i just bought a vr6 and its been stood and has a leak, i have ordered a new one from ebay.

looking for if any 1 has a guide any where or any tips or things that need to be done?

Also does any 1 know any where good for new sills in west yorkshire ? as i need new ones welding on.

havnt removed anythng from my mr yet but from what i done on my driver its a bumper off job as the radiater mounts to the front scuttle panel as does the fan...not 100% sure if its the same with the vr6
