Spraying my rims

Thinking about giving my alloys a refurb and spraying them a different colour. They are the standard 96 gti ones, anyone got any pics of theirs sprayed? trying to decide on a colour, my car is twilight violet so looking for something to go with that, its a cheap mod as i am strapped for cash at the mo and wanting to do something lol. Also can i get away with putting the wheel balancing weights on the inside of the rim as i have a couple on the rear? Cheers

yeh they look the dogz. Is it much harder to do with the tires on? i have read this guide

Not that a garage would charge that much for removing 4 tires then sticking them back on once i was finished? Cheers for the rapid replies  :laugh:

look smart dude, mine are gunna need quite alot of sanding on the lip they're pretty chinned, i will give it a bash and see what happens, if needs be i will get the tires taken off. Any ideas on the balancing weights?
