A place near me would charge £48 + vat per wheel to strip, paint, diamond cut and then laquer them, but i'm down the other end of the country.
The only thing to have to worry about is if there a huge gashes in them which has been filled with body filler or similar. They can be fixed but would need the filler removing, welding/filling the gashes, then running over with the diamond cut. Sometimes you can see an ever so slight variation in colour where they have been welded but you would have to look hard.
Welding would add to the refurb charge though.
