BBS RM'S 15" BEST TYRE FITMENTS

Right i have just purchased some bbs rm's and need a bit of help on the best profile tyres to get
The wheels i picked up today, Yes they could do with new center caps..lol

Anyways ive been told to get bridgestones 165/50/15...too much stretch?
or more practical 195/50/15 in toyo's

what you reckon guys? Any recommendations?

I would run 195/50 or 45 15"s

I would go for the stretch, it will work better for the look your after.

165/50's will lower your overall gearing.......you have to end up with the same rolling radius no matter what size wheels you fit to maintain your stock gearing. .....You can juggle with the aspect ratio to alter the gearing, but you have to do the maths. If you want any help with it give me a shout, I'll be happy to guide you through it. :smiley:

Cheers for that gezza, not sure how accurate that is bt my reading if i had 165/50/15 profile tyres on these rims would put my speedo at 10%/6mph to fast. hmmmmmm...not good
How would i fix that? Anyone?

Not easy to fix also 165/50's will look lost in the arches.

yes man, your probably right there. Think ill stick to the 195/45-50/15 profile.
Im only 1mph/1.7% out on them. S'all good.
