Ciggy Lighter
« on: 09 June 2009, 13:39 »
Hi guys,

my cigerette lighter in the front has stopped working but the one in the boot still works  :undecided:

so if it was the fuse would both of them stop working or do they have separate fuses?

or are these a general fault and break easy and need to get a new one for the front?

Euan

Is it the lighter has stopped working or power to the socket? As i can still use mine to charge the sat-nav but the lighter doesn't work.

The lighter doesnt, and when i put my ipod player into it, it doesnt turn on or charge it! so guess theres no power aswel if its not doing this?

but one in the boot makes the lighter got bright red, and turns on and charges my ipod player

Not sure what to suggest apart from getting in the boot when you want a cigarette

I am sure someone on here will know which fuse to check
