£10 per 1bhp sounds good to me plus better fuel economy these are on my list of mods  :wink:

kinda hard to tell because he has had so much work done to his engine but they are well recommended an the ideo clips on you tube ect show a vast improvement

£110 pound lighter plugs are on there way.I cant see how they fit mk 1234&5  :huh:
AGU 1.8T. Mods done: R32 front bumper, turborev smic, ngk platinum spark plugs, uprated pancake pipe, demon motorsport boost hoses, forge 007 dv, forge engine cover, r-tec stage 1 map ,home made cold airfilter ,run on 98 ron fuel and castrol edge 0w 40 oil. Advanti racing alloys.

yes it does say that the gap needs adjusting, i didnt know all the plugs where the same  :undecided:
