Need help identifying hose please
« on: 07 June 2009, 19:07 »
My temp fix for a leaking hose is still holding up after 2 months ... but thought I should replace it sooner rather than later. Its a mk2 GTi 8v 1991... from oil cooler to ?flange

Does anyone know the VW/GSF part number for hose? see pics below:

apologies for poor mobile phone pics.

for hoses liek that I'd not go to gsf, some of their pipes are a bit hit n miss, plus that one in particular is an utter arse to change so dont want to have to do it aghain any time soon

might be worth thinking about doing an oil cooler change while its all apart down there?

it took me about 10 mins to take pipe off and cut the end off just so i could get it home and i replaced the clips for some jubilee clips that makes it a lot easier
