hi all, newbie here. i live in the southwest and having had civic's for the last 5 years i thought bout a change. after going to rrts i was hooked on mk1 golfs!
and so iv found a good one, needs some work, as no tax or test. but as iv been a welder for the last 5 years should'nt be a problem. just need advise on sourcing original or pattern panels to weld

also anyone know how you find the year the car was made? my mate seems to think the reg number is on the end rather than the beggining?
