16V throttle microswitch pics
« on: 16 August 2004, 18:20 »
Could someone be really kind and take a close up pic od the microswitch at the front of the throttle for me please, if you could pull back the throttle slightlyand take it of the actual switch as I think mine is knackered and need to know how far it  hould stick out.

And if anyone has a spare one lying around and ones to get rid of it pm me :)

Thanks

i think with the switch closed there should be infinite resistance in the circuit and wth the switch open resistance should nothing. i think, get a circuit tester and try, veedubgti16v has one of his disconnected and it doesnt seem to make much difference  ???

I got a multimeter but have no clue to what setting it should be on to test the resistance, and like you said, since it has been working there has been no change really :) I am so confused :)
