If its the Variable vein thingy,   does that mean the turbo will carry on to work as normal (just slower) for a while?   If its going to run ok for now i will wait and see what hybrid goodies my next pay packet might bring... otherwise might just flog it back to the garage.

all you're doing is delaying the inevtiable - what its currently doing is destroying the housing and the vanes

i'd get rid back to the garage  :lipsrsealed:

Just before i atack my car...  Could it be the VNT actuator/pipes to it... ?

Ok i have managed to activate the VNT actuator now by sucking on the pipe... it moves but not as smooth as it should do,  So i took some advice and took it out for a real hard ragging!! Its now come to life again... It started pulling really hard so its better but its a bit laggy now, so its not perfect but it pulls hard once i hit 2.5k

I understand the actuator can be changed without a whole new turbo,  should i give that a go first?   I will change all the pipe work too as some of it is damaged, although nothing is leaking as i sucked into them all and no vac was lost.
