help with new wheels sizes
« on: 03 June 2009, 13:40 »
Hi, new to the golf scene, got a 2000 1.8t 3 door, bought with fk highsport coilovers and with 19" r32 style wheels which are 5 months old, problem i have is they were rubbing on the front, raised it up to stop this, took it to get tracking done and told me all my tyres had splits in them(some really bad), tyres were budget, do i buy decent tyres for £600 or get new wheels, was thinking of 17" as they are an inch thinner, what do people have, that would they suggest? thanks for any help in advance

Get 18's, would fill th earches more than 17's would.
Some deals on the bay are wheels and tyres for about 600ish.
