Vr6 engine weight, what type stand?

Im going to be putting my VR6 on a stand before i put it in the mk3 8v, just to get anal about cleaning it, doing the chain etc etc.

How much does it weigh? Want to get a stand that aint going to collapse. Seen them at 350kg 450kg 550kg etc.

Which one do i need? As i will probably want to keep the gearbox on it too, so i was thinking the 550kg? A "sealey" branded one.

tbh 350 is probaly ok even for a vr6.     550 kg jobbies are when you have chevy big blocks to play with but if it not much more id get the 550 kg one
