Set of 15 BBS RA's reasonable condition, kerbing on the edge lip... with 4 good tyres.. guy wants £200
Is it a fair - good price ?

A full set of Toyo's is £200 alone. If the kerbing is
light
and the tyres are genuinely good, then I would pay £200.

Hmmm in reasonable condition I would say it's a bit on the high side.
Last year I picked up a set with NO kerb damage and a full set of matching toyo's that still had the lines of paint across the tread for £200

I would forget them at £200, every single one has kerb rash and they all have hammer on weights fitted
