MPG query!!

I'm interested in buying a MK4, and wondering what the mpg are for the following:
1.6s....1.8T....2.0GTi.....tdi.....gtTDi.
Ive only got ?6000 to spend but unable to get a low mileage (no more than 80K) tdi for that money, just wondering what the mpg is for the 1.6 and how powerfull it is?
