R32 hire car
« on: 26 May 2009, 18:27 »
Just dropped my car off for repair at VW Huddersfield... thankfully for me they have arranged a (very shiny) R32 5dr in dark grey with leather, dsg, parking sensors, mfsw, armrest.... and strangely dark roof lining??

Just trying to get used to the dsg at the mo... seems to have its good and bad points. Do love slipping it into s mode though, it just seems to sit in angry mode (4.5k revs ) waiting for you to floor the throttle. noisy little beast!!!

So who can guess the cost of the car hire per day??? (paid by the other gents insurance by the way)

Will put you all of your misery.... lets just say that if it was hired everyday of the year it would generate an income of £73,000

Sounds like someone is onto a winner!! Glad its not my insurance company thats paying for it!
