mines an 8v sorry to disapoint. my ibiza has an ABF maybe if i put the 2 together.... lol ive deleted the boost return at the moment as a trail thing, its very noisey and ive heard mixed reports about it causing problems. i do use a charger lubricant though.

Don't think a 'charged 8v wouldn't disappoint, just think a 'charged 16v would be better
Seriously though I want to do this, buut will have to focus on getting the ABF  in the valver first.

As to deleting the boost return, I agree with danny_p on this, it's there for a reason. I appreciate that you are using lubricant, but would it not just be easier to have the boost return connected and keep the 'charger happy?

G60s and the charger are fine and the same as any other engine if you look after them and maintain them properly. The problems I've had with my Rallye are not engine or charger but other parts of the damn thing. Don't forget these engines are up to 20 years old these days so a poorly maintained one is probably doing well to still be running.

The pull on the G60s, especially in third is just wicked.
......now officially dubless.

Yeah, defo, mate of a mate has a mint corrado G60, in the words of Elwood, it's got some pick up

Guy i used to work with had a G40 which was bit tatty but he had it debadged and it was a total sleeper.

Persevere with the Rallye, perhaps there's some sort of grant you can get from the government or VW toward keeping a piece of auotmotive history up to spec?
