Looks good, carried on with mine today and ran out of paint!

Please put up a picture of the fixings used on the elbow shaped cover. Mine are misssing.

haven't taken it off yet!

Northeast: I ran out of paint but was opposite Halfords this morning! :sad:

here you go mate if this helps the two fastening studs on the front lower half are a little longer than the upper fastening stud and they also have a plastic spacer fitted to hth  :wink:

Gone but still keeping a close eye on it...

Looking good, anyone know where i can get some covers from(both engine and battery) apart from vw.
My painting is coming along niceley, first 2 coats of lacqur on now, give another rub down tomorrow night when i get home from work and apply the last 2 coats.
MK4 GTI T AGU, REVO Remap, BMC carbon box, Miltek cat back, Forge diverter valve, THS FR3 engine/Gbox mounts, Some random alloys, lowered on coilovers.
192bhp 212lbft torque.

ivor mentioned this to rhys i'v been thinking about it lol got some masking tape  :laugh: i'l prob just mask all the cover up and tape around the lettering and apply some black still got a little bit left  :grin:

lol looks like it then had enough of silver and black paint for now could make an attempt this week  :undecided: as i'm on lates mmmm :grin:
