Steering Wheel
« on: 23 May 2009, 18:28 »
over the last few weeks i had noticed a bit of play in my steering wheel as in hold it at the top and bottom and you could wiggle it back and forth!

Finally had a few spare minutes whilst the missus was out this afternoon to investigate.......

Not good as the bolt had come LOOSE!!

whipped out the old one and stuck in a brand new bolt (they have 2/3 uses max)

couple of pics

Jobs a good one :afro:

So moral of this topic is: If you've had your steering wheel off a couple of times make sure its
a) torqued properly
b) replaced with a new one if its been off more than 3 times
