HELP! URGENT! CAR WONT START, HAZARDS ON, IMMOBILISER?

hI

Just changed my gearbox mount and to do so disconnected the battery and removed it to get some extra room. Car all back together and now the flamin thing wont start! The hazards are on intermittently and the immobiliser light on the steering column is on solid!!! Its a MK3 GTI 16V

Whats happening??? I need the car tomo!! BTW i have got two keys with the car, one with a light in, and one solid one without a light.

Try, Disconnect battery... POS+ First, then the EARTH-  leave for half an hour disconnected
Re connect battery, EARTH- first, then POS+
