Average Miles Per Tank GTI/ED30

I know this is difficult to judge as everybody driving is different but what sort of miles do you get per tank... i currently get around 330 per tank and mainly do short runs... Not motorway

I don't run till almost empty but my overall average is around 29mpg.

Depends on how empty you run the tank but i usually get 320 before the 35 miles to go warning pops up.

i rarely do trips more than 15 mins

I mainly do runs of about 20 miles at a time.

I always fill up when I get down to the last quarter. At that point Ive usually done 320 miles.
The computer tells me I have just over another 100.
Hence I think 400 miles on a tank is pretty possible.

Im going on a long run in July, so will be able to test it better then!

Did Leeds and back on my own - 430 miles to the tank

Did Liverpool and back with a full car and overnight luggage, and although we didnt hang around, got 420 miles to the tank

For work journeys - 60 mile round trip of Dual/Motorway/A road and B road (real mix!), I get 380 to the tank.

Worst I have had is 340 (last fillup)

must be something wrong with my right foot, never get more than 270- 290 to a tank. drove from kent to minehead earlier this yearf ollowing a friend at 75-80 ish trip told me i'd got 33 average which still isn't good. i have bluefin on mine, seems from the comments on here that those with revo get more mpg

I get around 300 miles on a tankfull, but I've found that the car returns slightly better MPG when I have it in manual mode as I don't use 'kickdown' very often now.

On the whole, I average around 30mpg and I get about 320-340 miles to the tank. A real mixture of driving styles and road/traffic conditions.

320 when light comes on usually, although got 425 miles with a range of 10 miles a couple of weeks back which i was really pleased with
