Where did you put it, oil cooler or head? Sticking it in the wrong place the first time might have broke it?

However, if the fan effects it, sounds like your wiring is wrong! Earths +ve feeds, sensor lines etc.

I'll have to get it out and have a look at the wiring then. I'm abit stumped myself. I'll check everything over this weekend to make sure everything is as it should be

Put it in the oil cooler first time and thats where its supposed to be

The 0.3 bar sensor goes in the head - not the cooler, so no suprise it doesn't work.

The 1.8 bar sensor goes in the oil cooler.

Just read through the thread and it seems i forgot to tell you. Turned out i had the 1.8bar. Sorry for the confusion.
