All Red Rear Lights

I've solved the red indicator issue when running all red rear lights.

And how they look now,amber enough to be legal.

That's what i wanted,everybody has US spec lights these days,and i've always liked the look of the mk4 Polo with all red rear lights.They used to flash Red,and this was the only way around it.I tried all sorts of bulbs before this.

I sprayed them,started out with some poverty spec rear lights and got to work with the tint spray.I wanted a really smooth finish so i have removed all the lettering with a blade and started to sand down untill they were smooth.Took a few hours,but worth the effort.

Nice fine grit used?

Started off with 280 grit,i wanted all marks and lines gone then worked my way through the grades finishing with 1500 grit.
