Rado VR6 is a 190bhp i think, where as the golf is 174? As its 0.1litre bigger? So thats a difference for a start.

You got to find a rado Vr6 first!  And the golf vr6, well.....

Would go for the rado if you can find a good good one for your budget, sit on it. Nice looking car. Will only go up in value if you look after it.

Corrado less made, will be and is heading for classic status, however if you could get one then a Golf will be ok biggest problem with them both is finding a good standard car.

I have owned a golf Vr6 and a Rado G60 the golf was ok best bit about the car was the noise from the V6 what you got out of the car for the fuel consumtion wasn`t worth it handling/braking was poor to say the least but a decent practical allround car.The Rado was a sweet car the G-lader sounded pretty cool handled very well, driving position and feedback from the car was spot on,not quite as well made as the golf interior trim a bit rickety was a lot better on fuel as well. a nice standard Corrado would be well worth having..

I like the Rado, although I dislike the dash. And 190bhp

i was actually swinging towards the corrado but like you say Wayne finding a good 1 is proving difficult. can anyone tell me the difference between the Karmann built models. i've heard they're more expensive to buy parts for etc when they go wrong as they are a specialist bits?

All Corrados were built by Karmann in Osnabrück, Germany.
