Didn't know HIC were adrain flux were connected.

I have fully comp with the Flux. All mods declared and an agreed value of 3000.00 for my Oak Green 'valver. I have a conviction and points and it's not too bad. (Got the stupidest 3 points ever and the accident wasn't my fault)

Just on the blower to Flux now, the woman said HIC and Flux are sister companies.

Going to see if they can quote me happy

Flux just swapped my policy from my camper to my MKII and all it cost was £16 extra in premium and they waived the admin fee of £25 as the policy ends in just over a month.

Result.

Best offer from Flux was £640 fully comp with agreed value and £440 for TPFT.

Still not made up my mind

I think I'll have to insure with Bell and wait at least year before crashing my car, then I can get agreed value next year.

Well boys and girls. In the end I have opted for Bell.

Sorted myself with 12 months fully comprehensive cover, legal protection (as reccomended by veedubgti16v), driving third party on other vehicles yada yada yada for £400.

At least I can drive home, well, in 23 minutes I can

More than sister companies, when I was with adrian flux they told me they own HIC and it would be pointless to try and see if they would be cheaper.

depends on what the agreed value is. tpft excesses are usually lower than fully comp ones. i am tpft as my cars agreed at a grand, so fully comp with a 500 excess is pointless. much prefer tpft with 150 excess.
