Cheers mate, swiftcover have come out at £680 which is more like what i was expecting.

Probably going to pay the £180 to change car on existing policy until november. Then i will be 26, misses will be 25 and i'll hopefully have 5 yrs NCB so should see a drop which i can shop around for!

Just need a car to buy now....

Sam
Marry her, when I got married and put hte missus on my policy it reduced it by £95, best thing to come out of the wedding so far,

Always said i'd never ruin my life over a car

Cheers mate, just tried a few places outside of the compare sites which i find a rip off. Quite a few (admiral & directline) coming in around the £600 mark with current details.

I'm gonna pay the £180 to finish off my current deal with adrian flux and get the 5th yr NCB then shop around.

Still need a car first though!

Also worth trying their sister company Privelege - been with them for a few years now, and very competitive, although will shop around when mine is up for renewal in June

sambo, all that needs to be said has been said.

I came from a MK4 and the MK5 is a huge improvement. You know it makes sense !

Don't like the interglos centre on the ED30 mate, also they don't seem to be holding there value as well as the mk4 25th did imo. When i get my hands on one it will be having a few tweaks to include colourcoding and pescaras i reckon.  Hoping to like it enough to keep it for a good few years, had my mk4 for 3 and a half not one to chop and change alot, just modify a  it here and there so either way its gonna lose value!

Try Greenlight insurance.  I moved to them last year when I got my 3.2 TT, then my MkV GTi DSG.  They were the chepeast by a mile.

I was just going to say give Greenlight a call. I changed to them after my being with Elephant on the MK5 and saved a small fortune.
