Started on removing my seat rails and front bracket last night.

What was the process you went through to remove the front seat bracket?  I'm thinking I need to cut most of it out with a skinny disc and then go at the remains with the spot-weld drill, as a lot of the welds aren't accessible with most of the bracket in place.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.

I cut them out as per your thoughts with a skinny cutting disc. I then used a heavy grit flap wheel and buzzed what was left off. This is why my car looks so rusty in all the pics as the floor is covered in grinding dust that's gone rusty.

You need to sort out some of your picture links further back in this thread BTW - around page 11-something

Lovin the build, can't wait to see the finished car.

Don't know if you're still on the lookout for some Ronal R8s, but there are some on Ebay at the moment in Germany for £160.00, might be worth a look ?

Understandable. I will find a set in the end but it may take a while. In the mean time I've been having dirty thoughts about 15x8 Dare RS reps with gold centres.
