Well after last nights rather eventful No_rice it appears my oil pressure problem isn't fully solved. It's not bad at high rrevs but at idel it's pretty shocking. I suspect that ther eis still some plastic swarf from the old plastic baffle that was floating around in the engine that's started to block the pick up pipe again.

Looks like Saturday will spent pulling the sump off for the this time this year and having a look/clean out before putting it back together for the Autosolo on Sunday. Really starting to think standard ABF may well be on it's way as this engine is starting to do my head in!

Eventful no rice. Lairy fleet services hoebag. Did she not realise there was an extra hundred odd people buying dinner there. Or maybe she did and that's why it took her so long to come out.

What's gonna happen next month?

Also VR the track sl@g

put some oil pressure numbers up nick. Should be roughly half the pressure at idle of what it is under load.

doesn't sound like the plastic is back though, i would have thought that would show up at high revs when the pump is sucking its hardest   :undecided:

My worry is that it gets worse during the day on sunday. Gonna pull the sump and have a look, will only take a couple of hours all in including running the oid through some gauze. .
