In case anyone missed the thread in the trackday section, I bought a cheap (£22) video camera to use in the Golf. The following is the first attempt at mounting it in the Golf, the dash the chosen location.

Did you get a mount or make one up yourself? Or was it a sticky tape special?  :wink: I've been thinking about getting a video camera and mounting it on the dash to record road trips and convoys. How's the £22 camera too? Video quality seems really good for the price.

That was done using one of the mounts that came with it, just screwed it to the dash!

Awesome, thanks for the info man. Just read your thread in the trackday section and it sounds like a good piece of kit for the money.

Thanks to Skid now have a passanger seat. Day booked off on wednesday to crack on with fixing the coolant leak before taking it to No-Rice.
