Never used it bud and to be honest I'd stick with PS as it's the industry standard. As for Mac Books themselves, they rock

ood work mate. You'll find it will last you for years as well. My Mum's last one did her 5 years before she felt the need to upgrade and she's a graphic designer by trade. I've now got it and it survives the abuse I give it just fine.

It's why they're more expensive but it really does work out cheaper int he long run!

I have had a MacBook Pro for the past 2 years, only thing I did was upgrade the ram from 2GB to 4GB for the measly cost of £35, runs as sweet as a nut, had one or two lock ups but that's when I'm pushing Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, iTunes and porn at the same time lol!

MacBooks are just as good, but it's just I do Graphic Design so needed a bit extra power. Get one man, they are the sex!

Shame you don't go to a education institution stink, as Apple do a discount off their Macs when bought through one, I saved £250 off mine and got the 3 year AppleCare for £55 (instead of the normal £200 odd).

Mate trust me that will be more than enough for you, you'll be surprised how powerful they are even on a lower spec (which isn't really lower spec tbh). Only thing I advise you to do is upgrade the ram, I bought mine from www.crucial.com and 4GB delivered was £35. It's dead easy to do as well and doesn't void warranty because it's user replaceable :)
