I've changed my roof aerial cable as it had been cut in places. Is there an easy way to get the cable to go down inside the a piller? i've been trying, but still no luck

can you poke a coat hanger up there, tape the cable to it and pull it through?

mine runs along the floor. You can get extensions for them for a couple of quid.
