Cruise is operated via the left hand stalk and is fiddly as fcuk compared to my skoda which has them on the steering wheel.

I have CC and have never found it to be fiddly. What's causing problems?

Yep Ifti same as mine.

Voice dialing is a breeze with my Blackberry. No need for voice tags as the software reads your voice & confirms contact with a electronic voice

On the skoda there are buttons on the s/wheel for set, resume, cancel and speed increase & decrease.

On the GTI I can't see the controls on the stalk without peering over the top of the wheel (I'm over 6' BTW) to see what the buttons on the stalk do - maybe I just need to get used to it more?

Im not to bothered with voice tags - would just be nice to start and end the call with the phone button on the MFSW.

Which parrot kit do I have (from image above), and is this possible with my setup?

That looks like the Parrot CK3100.
