Hello There!

Well I signed up in 2005, but went AWOL since pretty much then so thought I needed a new post. Im Sam, 24 from Lincoln and currently drive a shed for another few weeks until I complete the "project get golf back on the road"..... when I will be back in this beauty.





I've owned this car since I was 18 but has been off the road since 2006. She obtained a fault that seemed to be terminal, so I went out and bought this beasty.... a mk2 20v Turbo  :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:




That was one hell of a  car, remapped to 228bhp at Stealth. Unfortunately decided to go back to Uni, so the 20v had to go and I really have missed the gti and going to shows, esp Euro ones with the road trip so currently just stocking up on bits to get the golf back on the road mid may. Basic plans are to keep her minty fresh (Has done 200 miles since full respray in origional Royal Blue Metallic), maybe lower the car abit and then wait to either do another 20v Turbo conversion, or possibly go the g60 route :laugh:

So yeh, look out for me sometime this summer and hope a few people up for travelling into euroupe sometime :smiley:

I recognis ethe first car but the one I thought it was was already 20vT. i'm sure it used to go up to Bluewater meet!

The H reg one has never been a 20vT.... and I think I made a Bluewater meet once, many many years ago.

Thanks guys.... welll.... :grin: :grin: :grin: I have kinda bought another 8v tonight, a cheap runabout to make sure the Royal Blue one gets sorted properly!
