Right, this is most likely going to need correcting, but I may finally have it right

The clocks will be a straight swap, but there are two types of clocks: single and twin plug. If you're hazard switch is in the centre of the dash, you'll have the twin plugs, if you have the hazard switch on top of the steering column, then you have single plugs.

Notice the black plug (bottom left sticky out bit, second pic) missing on the first pic.
With the mileage, I believe there are pins on the back of the clocks that can be jabbed to change the mileage
Don't hold me to this, I'm pretty sure I'm right, but wait for someone to confirm before spending yor money lol
