hmmm, well I dunno how much dust you mean but you can probably use that thing that they have at car shows to keep the car's dust free, like a feather kinda duster lol. Saves you washing it I guess.

if its minor amounts of dust you could use a very very soft duster or a very plush buffing cloth to remove it but keep in mind you could put scratches on the paint by moving it around on the paint surface.

ive seen something like this before on the box but they did it on the tv to stop dust etc from being atracted to the screen but i doubt it would work on motors due to the outside elements and proberly isnt very friendly to your paint/clearcoat.

get yourself some good quality wax and build the layers up over a period of months (summer being the best time to do this as the heat will help it to bond better to the surface, i sealed and waxed my gti twice sometimes three times a week last year, now the dust just falls off when i wash it and i hardly have to use any shampoo.

California duster. The dogs for dust :)
Or Morrisons near me bang a quid in the jetwash and use the spotless finish, just nice filtered DI water so drys without leaving crap behind, QD out and a MF job done.
