I checked my rubber mat last night, and it's actually two seperate rubber mats.  The front one has the moulding for holding the bottle opener.  The rear one sits slightly lower down.  So it's in two pieces, rather than all one.

  well chuffed, just got hold of the 2 piece rubber mat from a guy on ebay £10 delivered to my door, happy now my car is complete
