Coilover height.
« on: 27 July 2004, 17:29 »
The height on my coilovers, the front ones is exactly the same. They have been measured and adjusted whilst on the car so both are in the exact same place. The problem is when the car is sitting normally one side sits higher then the other?

Why is this, its really getting on my nerves now......

Any help appreciated....

Check the car is not siting on a slight camber, Are you measuring from the ground to the top of the wheel arch, for height, when adjusting the coilovers.
I don't own this anymore - I just can't be arsed to change the picture

Im measuring from the bottom of the thread of the coilover to the point where the second ring adjuster stops, both sides exact;y the same. IMO measuring the wheel arch to the ground cant be very good for an accurate reading as you have give from body panels, bends etc......
