I take you already have a normal points card with shell? Might be worth giving them a call or email or something. From what people said on a scooby forum you don't really get much, they were very disapponted with it.

You have got to have a current normal shell card and put at least 150 V-Power a month for a quarter before you will even get considered to be invited for the V-Power card. I got my letter after about 4 months use of the normal card.

Its 150 litres a quarter (not 150 litres per month for a quarter) - you should then receive your card in the following quarter.
