They weigh as much as the length of a piece of skin.

It might help if you told us for what car - there's a few different generations of Golf out there.

Golf3s weigh a lot more than Golf2s as they have door bars made of lead in them.

A mk3 one of a 3 door is very very heavy. You wouldnt want to carry it for very long. lol

If you're replacing the doors on your car, why don't you just take one off your own car and weigh it ?

The weight will massively depend on whether the door has glass in it, and if it's got an electric window regulator and motor, that'll be even more weight.
