corrado headlights in a mk2 have been done before, iirc it involves using a jetta slam panel, corrado headlights and rallye grill and a bit of chopping etc

Jolfa on clubgti has done it

do not try this with a corrado slam panel, it will fit but shape is wrong and also the bonnet catch is in the wrong place,
jetta slam panel next

well the old thing as gone from this

to this

to this

and now this

maybe back to this

i bought a corrado slam panel to start with but that was the wrong shape and not being able to weld that went on the scrap pile, next i bought a jetta slam panel which was a total wast of money, by the time i had cut out the bits i needed to it looked like a golf slam panel, so that was £70 well spent, basicly all you need is a pair of corrado headlights and the willingness to chop up a rallye grille.
i have got a couple of things to finnish ie, deep grille spoiler to get rid of the gap and a bit of paint on the bottom of the grille then may change it back to 4 lamp not sure i like it
oppinions and ideas welcome

Prefer the original tbh but try it with a spoiler and see how it goes
