With diff. heights front/rear, you'll encourage under/overstear.
Not necessarily lol, a lot more going on here than the ride height but hey. Either way, Mk2's need the back end moving as much as possible to help the front end out IMO.
60/40 drop looks fantastic but as youll see repeated on here a lot, 60mm at the front is too low and wrecks the ride and handling of the car (been there, done it, twice although the second time its on coilovers and i promptly raised it back up again). Even a 40mm drop can wreck the handling though if you dont pay for quality kit (Id advise you steer clear of FK coilovers for example, bloody terrible ride quality as the springs are far too hard and the dampers just arent matched to the car, the springs, anything lol).
