My mate lent me his timing light, its a pretty old skool box with a gauge, knob and various wires. he says he used it before, all he could tell me was that he connected it to a wire on the dizzy on his mg. haha.
does anyone know how this works? and where i connect it to my dizzy or something? Im guessing that instead of connecting the light to point 1 of the dizzy inbetween the spark plug and the dizzy, you connect it to a wire inbetween the dizzy and coil that pulses every time a spark is needed for all points? which wire would that be? help?
