I've never mentioend the timing, could it be that as well ??

Just ordered the relay, get it friday morning - fingers crossed as i've spent a fortune on it already
and after only paying a grand for the car i'm beginning to wonder if i should just cut my losses and bin it !!!

Heres hoping, was looking forward to owning a gti for years but unfortunately its been a bit of a let down !!

It certainly looks the business its just a shame its as slow as a JCB just now !!

Got offered a set of 17inch immaculate VR6 alloys and a 2 month old custom made 3 inch twin exit back box for £175 but had to turn them down due to lack of funds after all the things i've changed recently - absolutely gutted !!!!

Hard to budget when got 2 young kids that need EVERYTHING lol !!

Well thats the ecu relay changed and as much as she's running slightly better there is still an intermittent mis-firing !!

My ignition coil pack was recently changed by the AA, as i paid an absolute fortune road side they gave me a 1 years warranty for it - is it worth my while asking them to come out and ask them to check it (its free anyway) ??

Guess your next best move is to get it vagcom'd somewhere. That will then show up any sensor problems.
