the second one is a highline badge...basically the newer blue and silver vw badge for the mk3 and its flusher than the normal one (there not that cheap tho....but its worth checking ebay.de)

You might be able to sand off the paint and repaint a colour to suit like old ford badges (buy a few in bulk and stick them on ed38 rare factor squared)

No!! but thats the going rate..(not cheap for a badge!! but that keeps them rare, which can only be good  :cool:)
