looking to get a mk4 1.8t!

hey,

looking to sell my mk2 and 156 when im back in the uk for a mk4 1.8t ... would be nice to get some views on this car? things that are likely to go wrong etc?

I will be looking for one of these myself when I sell then mk3 over the coming months.

I had one a couple of years ago but had to sell it when I moved house,. best car I have owned. Only thing I had to have done was a new clutch but apart from that it was very reliable.

Mine is now 8 years old, although there are issues starting to crop up, compared to other 8 year old motors they're a drop in the ocean. You won't regret it buddy :wink:

Agreed, you will love it even if you keep it standard!!

I will be looking for a silver 3 door aswell ha ha, the search is on.

Will be keeping mine pretty much standard though apart from r32 interior dash parts to replace the wood (did this on my old mk4 and it was much better) and maybe some audi wheels.
