Auto Glym's Instant tyre dressing
« on: 24 July 2004, 18:27 »
That showroom look on your tyres looks awesome so after trying a caned spray on mine I decided to try Auto Glyms offering. purely cos I had to make it up to ?5 at the shop to put the polish on my card, but anyway.

It works awesome on the tyres! so much better than the spray. goes on a lot better too cos it's in a gun style spray instead of a aerosol. After reading the destructions on the back it says...

"Alternative uses. May be used as an engine bay dressing to improve and protect appearance of all paintwork and components."

One of the plastic arches was looking a bit faded and I'm bored of black to back'ing them all the time so I tried this. It works a charm! After spraying it on and letting it dry it left the arch like it was brand new. Obviously time will tell how good this stuff works, but so far so good.

now if that doesn't look like it just rolled off a forecourt I don't know what does!
