After a 150 mile trip today, i pulled in for some petrol, went to start the car again, turned the key and couldnt get the engine to start.
The starter motor turned over but there was no ignition.
I held it turned for 5 seconds on the first two attempt with no ignition, it wasnt til the third try, after i held it turned in desperation for about 10 seconds that the engine finally started.
In each of the three attempts, it started a tiny bit as soon as i turned the key, but then fizzled out to just the noise of the starter motor running.
Its normally starts first time but this has happened twice in two days now.
Any ideas?
Car seems to run fine otherwise
