Shot of the month competition

Dont no if many people think this would be a good idea or if its in process at the moment but it could be one for all the photoloving Golf owners. I am suggesting that every month we should have a shot of the month competition where there is a theme (for example urban or scene with a large statue in anything) and people submit their enteries. From there there should be a closing date and also a poll where people can vote for their favourite. Good Idea ?? Looking forward to feedback.

Ps winner gets nothing just the feeling of winning lol

Top idea IMO.

Creates a ready feed for a forum calendar at the end off the year, too.

FWIW, this idea works well over on the 306gti6 forum. Each winning photo ends up in the forum calendar.
