Yeah i work in a dealership. My views are my own. Freedom of speech is a right that im entitled to. I only came on this site today because someone on here contacted me. Im tired of people with a narrow minded opinion. I pointed this out and you took offence.

Dealers actually use a "black book" that only they are supposed to know about!
have to have a motor traders licence to get one.

I dont work for vw. I work for a franchise. I have a personal email but use the work one so i can keep up to date with people mainly off here. And i havent slagged off a customer i slagged off a narrow minded opinnion. At the end off the day i have helped out numerous people and will continue to do so. Your personal choice to not use a main dealer is just that. A personal choice. Anyway im bored of this now and have other more important things to be getting on with.

Oh I aint taking sides in this one!

Main dealers are expensive but have mega overheads and in a lot of cases we couldnt do without them!
